How do I place an order?
It’s simple, you can buy online or visit in-store. Buying online, it is not mandatory to create account with you. You can process your order as a guest, but it is compulsory to include all your relevant details to finalize the order and to make secure payments. Please remember that our website is certified with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), this ensures that all your data remains private & integral.

Online we accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal or you can choose to pay in-store or by payment plans. Please note that some orders, you may be requested to show proof of ID and the credit card used to purchase the item prior to deliver.
Over the phone, we accept payments by credit card. However, at the point of delivery, the credit card holder will need to be present

How can I make changes to an existing order?
You can make changes to your order at any time until your order has commenced processing for shipment. Please contact store with your order details, if you need to change your order. Please note that changes to some order may not be possible or may incur additional fee.
What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Occasionally an item is sold out, yet still appearing online. If it is sold out in the store you are visiting only. We’ll do our best to organize the item within 1-2 weeks. So, don’t worry we will inform you once it is available for delivery or pick up at the earliest.
Alternatively, you can speak with our friendly sales team who will happily help you look for an alternative piece that will look just right in your home.
What if the delivery arrives and I’m not at home?
No worries, if you’re not at home when we arrive, all your purchased products can be stored in an area of choice, securely placed at the address/premises. We need to ensure that the authorised person of that product must understand that we are not held responsible for any theft or damaged items after the item has been delivered or you can reschedule delivery for another time (extra charges apply) *
Can I pick up my product?
Yes, you can. If you prefer to “Click n Collect” your product from our warehouse. All we request is that you inform us of a date & time that suits you 1-2 days prior.
